Francis, who started on the outside pole position, survived a 16-caution flag halted 100-lap event for one of the richest wins of his dirt late model career.
The 40-year-old Francis drove the Dale Beitler owned, Reliable Painting/Valvoline sponsored Rocket Chassis powered by a Somerset, KY built Cornett Racing Engine in the event.
